Our Chloe model in Canyon Creek features a 14’ x 12’ covered porch, cedar accent in front gable, upgraded craftsman-style front door, stone on front columns, and more! 

The Front Entry has been upgraded with trim columns, header, and design around and above the front door as well as in the Dining Room. The Dining Room includes upgrades to hardwood flooring, wainscoting, and trim design on the ceiling. 

The Kitchen and Breakfast Room include standard granite countertops on the island and perimeter with upgraded Quartz, cabinets to the ceiling with under cabinet lighting, 6’ sliding glass door to porch, and wainscoting. 

A custom desk with upper cabinets, glass doors, accent lights, and under cabinet lighting has been added to the Flex Room. Upgrades include hardwood flooring and custom glass door. 

Upgrades in the Living Room include a trim design above the fireplace mantle and on walls, built-in shelves next to the fireplace, and dry bar cabinets with a wood top. 

The Master Bathroom includes a make-up vanity with mirror, Quartz countertops, and wainscoting.
